SMS and MMS program terms

Thompson Connect is operated by O.L. Thompson Construction Co., Inc. (O.L. Thompson). The program sends internal work-related messages to employees who provide written consent.

Types of messages

Messages may include work schedules, jobsite assignments, schedule changes, safety reminders, company announcements, and requests to acknowledge receipt. Employees may reply with questions or acknowledgments. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Enrollment and frequency

Employees enroll by signing a written authorization to receive text messages during the hiring process. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll an employee. Message frequency varies with work-related communication needs.

Message charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data plan determines any charges.

Opting out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Further program texts will stop unless you provide renewed consent. Contact the company to arrange another way to receive work updates.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on this program as the sole channel for emergencies.

Read our Privacy Policy for details about messaging data and consent. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
