For the messaging program, we collect employee names, mobile phone numbers, written messaging consent, work-related group or assignment information, message content and replies, acknowledgments, and message delivery and opt-out records.

How we use information

We use this information to manage enrollment and consent, send work schedules and jobsite updates, share safety reminders and company announcements, receive questions and acknowledgments, provide support, and honor opt-out requests.

Sharing and SMS consent

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers, including Twilio, process information as needed to deliver and support the messaging program. SMS consent is not provided to third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

You may reply STOP to unsubscribe from program texts. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us to ask about your messaging information or update your phone number.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect messaging information. No system can guarantee complete security. We retain information as needed to operate the program, document consent and opt-out requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

This information website

This site has no signup form and does not request employee records. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the site.
